One Last Time For Councilman Dean Hill

Monday night’s Fort Dodge City Council meeting was the last for Councilman Dean Hill. At the meeting Hill received a proclamation of thanks from the city presented by Mayor Matt Bemrich.

Hill has served on the council in various capacities since he was first elected in 2012. He chose to enjoy his retirement rather than seek re-election at the end of this term. Mayor Bemrich gave Hill the gavel so he could have last word and bring his final meeting to a close.
