Reports Say Applebee’s Fort Dodge Employee Tested Positive For Covid-19

The fort Dodge Messenger is reporting that Applebee’s Fort Dodge has had an employee test positive for covid-19. According to reports that led to the restaurant closing its dining room Wednesday. They are expected to re-open on Thursday. The Messenger’s report says the employee contacted them regarding the positive result and spoke under the condition of anonymity. Webster County Public Health Public Information officer Kelli Bloomquist said in an email early Thursday morning that “Public Health has no knowledge of a positive test for an employee of Applebee’s.”
