Despite season ending losses in the Regional Tournament, an Iowa central Softball Player has set yet another record. Triton Freshman and former Fort Dodge All State performer Loghen Schnetzer has captured another single season individual mark. She finished this season with 83 RBI’s good for tops on the single season list.
Schnetzer homered in the tournament and finished the season with 27, which also set a new single season record. She finished the season hitting over .400 and with 77 total hits. Schentzer led the team in batting average, hits, homers, rbi’s and on base percentage. She was recognized as the ICCAC Conference Player Of The Week multiple times during the season.
The Tritons finished three games over .500 in Coach Bo Tjebben’s first season at the helm.
