Senator Ernst Critical Of President Biden’s Infrastructure Plan

U.S. Senator from Iowa, Joni Ernst has been outspoken and critical of President Biden’s proposed Infrastructure Plan. Ernst says the plan used the term infrastructure too loosely.

Ernst says only a small portion of the funding in the plan would be used to improve roadways.

Ernst feels that a large investment in electric vehicles would decimate the ethanol industry in Iowa and hurt the working class.

President Biden said last week, that he’s willing to compromise with legislators who oppose the plan as it is currently written.
