South Central Calhoun Cancels School As Preemptive Measure Against Coronavirus

The South Central Calhoun School district has cancelled school for Friday 3-13. The district released a statement Friday morning saying the cancellation is a preemptive measure to protect students and staff from Coronavirus. They stated while there are no confirmed cases of Coronavirus in their district they wanted to take extreme precautions in this current health environment to protect students, staff and the community. All school activites that were scheduled to be hosted at SCC schools have been canceled and they have canceled their participation in any scheduled school activities for the weekend.
