Terry Moehnke Talks City’s Issues With Warden Plaza Developers

Fort Dodge City Councilman Terry Moehnke was a guest on “Devine Intervention” with Mike Devine on KVFD AM 1400. During his appearance he talked about the Warden Plaza and the project being at a stand still currently. He says the city has been in contact with the developers.

He went on to talk about more missteps by the developers that included missing deadlines for grant funding among other things.

Moehnke says that because the grant applications were not handled in a timely fashion, the process is delayed.

Earlier this year Dr. Terry Moehnke was named Catalyst Award Winner by the Greater Fort Dodge Growth Alliance.
