Three Arrested In Fort Dodge Drug Bust Wednesday

23 year old Otis L. Foy Jr, 19 year old Tyraius McElroy and a juvenile female were arrested on drug charges Wednesday March 18th. The Webster County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence on S. 27th St in Fort Dodge after an investigation of several months. Officers found meth, marijuana, synthetic marijuana and cash in the search. Foy is charged with 2 counts of possession with intent to distribute less than 5 grams of meth and possession with intent to distribute synthetic marijuana, he also had active unrelated warrants. McElroy is being charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession with intent to distribute synthetic marijuana. The juvenile female was arrested and charged with the same crimes as McElroy. She was released to a relative and her case was turned over to Juvenile Court Services for further processing.
