Three Former FD Standouts To Wrestle In Big 12 Conference Tourney This Weekend

Three former Fort Dodge standouts will take the mat for UNI, in the Big 12 conference tournament this weekend. Brody Teske has earned the #1 seed in the tourney at 125. Triston Lara is seeded 4th at 149 and his brother Cayd  will compete at 157.

Teske garnered the 1 seed after going 8-1 in the regular season. He was 5-0 in duals vs Big 12 opponents. Triston lara went 4-4 on the season, with three lossess coming to wrestlers ranked in the top 15. He had a win over returning All-American Jarett Degen.

The Big 12 Conference tournament will run Saturday and Sunday in Tulsa. Action will begin around 11 AM on Saturday with the Semifinals and Consolation Quarterfinals at 5 PM Saturday. Sunday will be the final day of the tourney with consolation rounds starting at 10AM. The finals are set for 5 PM on Sunday/
