Two Iowa Central Football Players Named ICCAC Athletes Of The Week

Two Iowa Central Football players have been recognized by the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference ( ICCAC) for outstanding performances in week 1.  Freshman Defensive End, Deonte Bryant and Sophomore Kicker Colin Swygman have been named ICCAC Athletes Of The Week.

In the Tritons 52-0 rout of Southern Shreveport in the season opener, Bryant had six tackles, three sacks and two forced fumbles.

Swygman was 7 for 7 on extra points, made a 31 yard FG in the 1st half and had two kickoffs go for touchbacks.

Iowa Central is back in Action, Saturday at noon hosting Iowa Western.
