Two People Dead After Weekend Crash In Marion County

A three vehicle accident over the weekend in Marion County left two people dead and another injured. The two people who died in the accident have been identified as 60 year old, Lisa Wilmes and 74 year old, Lloyd Hedrick both of Indianola.

The Iowa State Patrol says an accident occurred Saturday on Hwy 14 near Knoxville. The accident report says a vehicle rear ended another vehicle, that vehicle then crossed into the other land and hit a motorcycle.

Wilmes and Hedrick were on the motorcycle, another person was injured in the crash and taken to an area hospital.
