Tyson Foods Announces Mandatory Covid Vaccines For All U.S. Employees

A major food company has announced mandatory Covid-19 vaccines, for its employees in the United States. Tyson Foods made that announcement on Tuesday morning. The company says the plan is for its leadership to all be vaccinated by Sep. 24th and all other employees to follow suit by Nov. 1st.

Tyson says, the decision comes after considering the variants of the virus, and the death/hospitalization rate of those who have not been vaccinated. Tyson says their employees will receive $200 as a thank you for being vaccinated.
