According to the Webster County Assessor’s Site, the City of Fort Dodge transferred ownership to KDG LLC of Columbia, Missouri in April of 2017.
Since that time, the property’s potential has continued to dwindle away.
The sign on the property at 908 1st Ave. South in Fort Dodge shows it is listed with CBRE of Des Moines.
The property assessed value is at a little over $77-thousand and the yearly taxes are just a little over $2,500 a year.
