In a follow up to the story that a missing Webster City man was located yesterday, it has been confirmed that 38 year old Jay Dee Wynkoop was found dead. Wynkoop had been reported missing after last being seen Sunday afternoon leaving his residence. He was located yesterday and initially his death was not reported officially out of respect for the family. His wife confirmed his death last night via face book post in which she said he “went to be with Jesus”. She offered no further details regarding his death but did go on to say “thank you for allowing us to grieve this terrible loss”.
