On October 21st a missing persons report was filed with Webster City Police. The Webster City Police are asking for help in locating the missing person. The ma n missing is Jay Dee Wynkoop, he was last seen leaving his residence in Webster City around 1 pm on October 20th. Wynkoop is described as a Caucasian male about 5 ft 8 230 lbs with short brown hair and a beard. He was last seen wearing a black Carhart hoodie, black Adidas hat and a pair of brown leather work boots. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call the Webster City Police Dept at 515-832-9166. (Wynkoop is pictured below)
