Webster City Woman Pleads Not Guilty To Stealing From Chamber Of Commerce

A Webster City Woman pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from alleged embezzlement. 40 year old Leah Rae Mulholland is accused of writing nearly $ 150,000 worth of unauthorized checks while she worked for the Webster City Chamber of Commerce. She is also accused of making over $1,500 in unauthorized purchases with a debit card that belonged to the Chamber. Mulholland faces charges of 1st degree theft, forgery, ongoing criminal conduct, and unauthorized use of a credit card. Her trial is set to begin in late August.
