A Webster County 18 year old was arrested Wednesday and faces a myriad of weapons related charges. The original charges stem from a February shooting incident here in Fort Dodge, when a 21 year old man was hit by gunfire. The Fort Dodge PD investigated the case and identified a possible shooter in the case.
Wednesday Afternoon, officers arrived on North 9th St. looking for the suspect. Police say, several people were in that area and ran from officers when they approached. Officers arrested the suspect in question, 18 year old T’vyon S. Gully on Wednesday. The Police report says Gully had a handgun when he ran from them. Officers were able to get Gully to drop the gun.
He was arrested on charges from the February Incident that include willful injury causing serious injury, going armed with intent, intimidation with a dangerous weapon and felon in possession of a gun. He also faces new charges from Wednesday’s incident including felon in possession of a gun, carrying weapons, and interference with an official act while possessing a weapon.
