Webster County 19 Year Old Gets Plea Deal On Charges Stemming From February Shooting

A Webster County teenager accused of a shooting in February that sent one person to the hospital, has entered guilty pleas to charges stemming from the incident. 19 year old, T’vyon Gully of Fort Dodge was arrested in April on weapons charges.

Following that arrest, he was charged with causing willful injury, going armed with intent and felony possession of a gun. Those charges stem from him allegedly shooting and wounding a man in February on 2nd St NW in Fort Dodge. The victim was treated for his injuries at Unity Point Fort Dodge.

In his plea deal, Gully entered guilty pleas to charges of willful serious injury and felon in possession of a gun. The other charges against him were dismissed. he is set to be sentenced
