Webster County Man Accused Of Murder Enters Not Guilty To Different Prior Charge

A Webster County man facing a murder charge entered a not guilty plea to a charge that stemmed frm an incident prior to the alleged murder. 43 year old Fort Dodge resident Justin Hurdel entered a not guilty earlier this week to misdemeanor dometic abuse assault. That charge stems from an incident in July where allegedly assaulted his now deceased wife Maggie Flint. On August 5th Flint was shot and killed, Hurdel is charged with 1st degree murder in her death. He has entered a not guilty plea to the murder charge also.
