The Fort Dodge Messenger is reporting, that a Webster County man has been sentenced to nearly two decades for his involvement in a meth distribution conspiracy.
32 year old, Russell Gentry of Fort Dodge was sentenced last week. The Messenger reports, that Gentry admitted to being involved in the distribution of 25 kilos of meth in the Webster County area.
A search warrant executed on his residence last year turned up 15 pounds of meth, nearly 4 grand cash, and packaging materials. The Fort Dodge PD and Webster County Sheriff’s Office was involved in the investigation.
Gentry has been sentenced to 17 years in federal prison.
