Webster County Sheriff’s Deputy Announces Bid for Sheriff

Webster County Sheriff’s Deputy Trevir Michehl has announced he will be running for Sheriff.

The announcement was made through a posting on Facebook:

“Hi, I’m Trevir Michehl of Webster County Iowa. I’ve been a law enforcement officer for 17 years I am a motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable Deputy who’s known for trustworthiness, a strong work ethic, and treating every citizen with the respect and dignity they deserve. I am running for Webster County Sheriff because I know I can bring transparency, dependability, and dedication to Webster County Citizens. I appreciate everyone’s support and hope I can earn your vote at the June 4th, 2024 Primary.”

Webster County Sheriff Luke Fleener previously announced he would seek re-election this coming year.
