An investigation into a shooting in Greene County, over the weekend is still ongoing. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office says, that what started as an argument in a grocery store parking lot led to shots being fired.
Saturday, a Paton man told police that a vehicle occupied by three men shot at him. The three men told law enforcement they fired shots, after the Paton man intentionally rammed his vehicle into their vehicle.
The argument originated in the Fareway parking lot in Jefferson. The wreck totaled both vehicles, but no injuries were reported.
As of Tuesday evening, no charges had been filed and no arrests had been made in the incident.
