Dodger Wrestling Takes 3rd At CIML Invite

Fort Dodge Wrestling finished 3rd at the CIML invitational over the weekend. Host team Southeast Polk won the event with Ankeny Centennial finishing 2nd. Drake Ayala won the 120 pound weight class which is his 2nd CIML title. Ayala extends his win streak to 79 straight matches and is 36-0 on the season. Senior Carson Taylor took the gold at 126, for Taylor it was his 1st CIML title. Dreyzon Phillips had a 2nd place finish at 138 and Brooks Cowell finished 2nd at 132. Lane Cowell, Kody Cook, and Austin Lee all had 3rd place finishes in their respective weight classes for the Dodgers.
