FD Correctional Facility Inmate Charged With 1st Degree Murder

An inmate at the Fort Dodge Correctional Facility is charged with 1st degree murder after the death of another inmate. On June 14th, 59 year old Thomas Andrew Daleske was found dead in his cell. Daleske was serving a 45 year sentence for charges related to sexual abuse and lascivious acts with a child, he had been incarcerated since 2000.  Officials have released findings in the investigation and say that 44 year old Eric Hall had been inside Daleske’s cell just prior to his body being found. Officials say that Hall has admitted to killing Daleske and Hall is charged with 1st degree murder here in Webster County. The autopsy determined the cause of death to be strangulation with blunt force injuries to the head and was ruled a homicide.
