Fort Dodge Based Attorney Speaks On The Life Of Chief Justice Mark Cady

After the news broke last Friday, the passing of Iowa Supreme Court Chief Justice Mark Cady shocked those around the state. Fort Dodge based attorney Jerry Schurr joined Mike Devine on “Devine Intervention” on KVFD AM 1400. During his appearance Schurr spoke on the life of Mark Cady and his recent sudden passing. Schurr says that the sudden nature of the passing of Mark Cady is a tragedy and serves as a reminder.

Schurr went on to talk about how Cady treated people and how he served Iowa.

Cady passed away at the age 66 in sudden fashion after suffering a heart attack. A celebration of life service will be held for Mark Cady Wednesday November 19th at 10 AM at the Knapp Center at Drake University.
