Fort Dodge City Manager On Stimulus Package

Fort Dodge City Manager David Fierke was a guest on “Devine Intervention” with Mike Devine on KVFD AM 1400. During that appearance he talked about the stimulus package the Fort Dodge City Council passed at their meeting earlier this week. Fierke started by clarifying the timeline for the one-time $25 dollar water bill reduction that is part of the package.

He elaborated on the city’s reasoning behind the economic stimulus package.

Fierke said the city is exploring further stimulus options.

David Fierke has over a quarter century of municipal management experience and has served in his current role for over a decade.
