Alpha Media Fort Dodge has announced the upcoming “Stump The Sports Guy Bracket Challenge By Ball Plumbing. Sunday night March 15th, the NCAA tournament bracket will be revealed. Once the tournament is revealed , listeners can go to the homepage  at yourfortdodge.com and find the link to the contest. Once they click the link, they can then fill out and submit their bracket. All listeners that have a more accurate bracket than Alpha Media Sports Director Rob Jones will be entered into a drawing for a fantastic prize courtesy of Ball Plumbing. Jones said of the contest ” I am really glad our GM Jed Burns wanted to do a contest like this, I have been doing something of this sort picking brackets since childhood. It’s a cool way to be interactive with the listeners and give them a chance to get one over on me. I am really appreciative to Ball Plumbing for being the title sponsor on this contest, having a corporate partner makes this type of thing possible. March is my favorite month because of the NCAA tournament which to me is the best postseason format in all of sports”. Listeners will have from Sunday night March 15th when the bracket is revealed through the morning of Thursday March 19th to submit their bracket, the bracket will be closed off for submissions prior to tip off of the 1st game on March 19th. In terms of this year’s tournament Jones says he feels it is wide open ” This year will be really interesting their doesn’t seem to be any one team or 2 teams that is just head and shoulders better than the rest. I think their is a lot of parity in college hoops and that should make for a compelling tournament.
