UnityPoint Health – Fort Dodge says their phone numbers are being spoofed. UnityPoint Health says they regularly make calls to patients and customers for a variety of reasons, but they will never call and state your account has been compromised or request your social security number.

If you receive a phone call from the hospital saying your account has been compromised, or to share your social security number, this is a scam! If you are unsure of the legitimacy of the call, please ask for the individual’s name and department and call (515) 573-3101 and a UnityPoint Health representative will put you back in contact with them.
