Webster County Man Arrested In Connection With Bank Robbery In Greene County

A Webster County ,am has been arrested in connection with last week’s bank robbery in Greene County. 27 year old, Zachary Michael Anderson Wailes is facing felony robbery and other charges stemming from the incident. Wailes allegedly robbed the People’s Bank of Scranton last Thursday Morning.  Police say he entered the bank, demanded money, and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Wailes has checkered criminal history that includes convictions for theft, burglary, drugs and criminal domestic assault. The robbery charged he’s facing from this incident carries a max sentence of 25 years.
