Community Health Center Moves Covid-19 Testing To New Site

The Community Health Center of Fort Dodge has moved their rapid COVID-19 testing to a new location. The new testing location is 1504 5th Ave South in the building known to most as the former Jiffy Lube located on the corner of 5th Ave South and South 15th Street across from Dominos Pizza. This new testing location will provide the ability for patients to drive through the building to be tested in their vehicles.
“As we head into winter, we needed a location that would work for both staff and patients to be out of
the elements for testing” said Renae Kruckenberg, CEO of the Community Health Center of Fort Dodge.
“This location will allow patients to drive into the back of the building, be tested and drive out though
the front of the building onto 5th Ave S” she went on to say.
The testing is by appointment only. “If you are experiencing symptoms or have had exposure to
someone who has tested positive call us to see if you qualify to be tested” said Kruckenberg. COVID
