Gas Spill On New Year’s Day In Calhoun County Being Investigated

A gas spill in Calhoun County on New Year’s Day is being investigated. The incident occurred Friday evening at Cubby’s Convenience Store in Manson. Officials in Manson, say that over 150 gallons of gas was spilled. The Manson Police and Fire Departments were dispatched and fire personnel was able to clean up the spill. The Manson PD says the spill was caused after an unidentified man dropped the gas nozzle on the ground and left.
