High School Basketball Line Up For 1-24

Friday Night will see all of the local area teams in action and the Alpha Media Fort Dodge stations have 3 games on the air and available  here on the website. On “92 Rock”  Fort Dodge is set host rival Marshalltown for game 2 of a 7 game homestand for the Dodgers. The Dodgers haven’t played since January 14th due to the weather and a break in the schedule. The Fort Dodge girls look to complete a season sweep of Marshalltown after taking the 1st meeting on December 20th in convincing fashion. The Dodger boys look to break an ll game losing skid and avenge the Dec. 20th road loss to the Bobcats. The pregame show is set to start at 6 PM for the girls game with the boys to follow with Rob Jones on the call.

105.9 “The Beach” will have The South Central Calhoun Titans on the road taking on Sioux Central. The SCC girls look to bounce back after a loss Tuesday night at Pocahontas Area. The Tuesday loss was the 2nd out of the last 3 games for the South Central Calhoun girls after they started the season 10-2. The Titans boys have won 7 in a row and haven’t lost since they fell in a close one to Southeast Valley on December 16th. Offensive balance has been key to an explosion in point production for South Central Calhoun. Zane Neubaum has become the go to scorer for SCC he had 35 in the win Tuesday over Pocahontas Area and had a 40 point game last week. Catch Brian Peters on the call of tonight’s games a 5:45 Pm scheduled start for the girls pregame with the boys to follow.

Join Greg Woods tonight on “Sunny” 99.7 as St. Edmond hosts Webster City. The St. Edmond girls are still searching for their 1st win of the season. The Gaels boys are playing their best basketball of the year having won their last 3 straight. They will look to make it 4 and look to avenge a close road loss to Webster City in the 1st meeting on December 13th.
