Kiwanis To Hold Event Featuring Former Iowa And NFL QB November 18th

The Kiwanis Club Of Humboldt/Dakota City will be holding an event Monday November 18th. The event is being held at the VFW Hall in Dakota City. It will begin at 5 PM with a free will donation soup supper. At 6:15 PM the program will start , the program will feature former Iowa and NFL QB Chuck Long as the keynote speaker. Long will also be signing copies of his book “Destined For Greatness”. The book signing will begin at 7 PM, there will be softcover and hardcover copies of the book available for purchase that night. The funds raised will go to help the Kiwanis make improvements on their Christmasland Village in Humboldt, as well as help them to donate to organizations that help local families and children.
