Moehnke Honored At Growth Alliance Dinner

The Annual Greater Fort Dodge Growth Alliance Dinner was held Thursday night at the Best Western Starlite Village Inn. The featured speaker was actor/producer/filmmaker Scott Siepker. He is a Carroll County native who co-founded the company Iowa Filmmakers. The night was full of recognition for those that make a difference in the community. The Growth Alliance presented its catalyst award in front of a crowd of 400. That award went to Dr. Terry Moehnke who is known for his philanthropic efforts in the local area. Moehnke not only  serves on the Fort Dodge City Council and has spear headed programs like “Backpack Buddies”. That program provides food to underprivileged children in the community. He also was instrumental in the creation of Veterans Memorial Park.
