Senator Grassley Critical Of President Biden’s Wednesday Speech

Following President Biden’s speech on Wednesday night, U.S. Senator from Iowa Chuck Grassley responded with his thoughts. He was critical on multiple fronts. Grassley has known President Biden for decades, as they worked together in the U.S. Senate. However, Grassley says Biden is different since becoming President.

Grassley went onto say he feels like President Biden is just giving lip service to the idea of bipartisanship.

Grassley went on to criticize Biden for what he feels is frivolous spending.

Grassley did say, he feels there are some things he agrees with the President on.

Grassley like Biden is a career politician, both of their careers in federal politics go back to the 1970’s. Grassley has been in the U.S. Senate since first being elected over four decades ago.
