Southeast Valley Coach Mike Swieter Talks Rematch Loss & Reviews 9-1 Season

Coach Mike Swieter has been a regular fixture on the “Hy-Vee Fort Dodge Coaches Corner” this season and Southeast Valley has had a tremendous run. That run ended Friday Night when they fell at home in the rematch against South Central Calhoun 26-6. The lone loss for SEV came in a game that had as much hype as any game in North Central Iowa in the last two seasons. Coach Swieter joined Rob Jones on Saturday Morning to talk about the loss and their 9-1 District Title season. Swieter talked about the tremendous play of SC Calhoun RB Blake Mcalister and how he didn’t get many touches the time the two teams met. Jones asked Swieter if he felt that his players being in a game of this magnitude for the the 1st time as a group caused them to play tight?
