Reward Increased for Information Leading to Location of Man Wanted for Questioning in Fort Dodge Homicide
The reward amount for information as to the specific and current whereabouts of a person of interest in the December 29th homicide of 43 year old Ryan Andrews has been increased from $500.00 to $750.00.
According to a release from the Fort Dodge Police Department, the search continues for David Dayton of Fort Dodge.
The release for FDPD states that in the weeks following the murder, investigators have continued to follow up on any and all leads as well as any tips that have come in from the community. All involved in the investigation are determined to continue to utilize all available resources to reach a resolution for the Andrews family as well as anyone else that has been affected by this incident.
The reward is being offered through Webster County Crime Stoppers.
Dayton is described as 6 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 235 pounds, with blue eyes, and short brown hair. Dayton is currently wanted out of Pocahontas County, Iowa for a Parole Violation, original charge Drug Abuse Violation.
