Fort Dodge Community Comes Together To Help Family Grieving With Loss of Child

The Fort Dodge community has come together during one family’s time of tragedy in an effort to help, however they can, following the loss of a nine year old girl.

Harper Maier passed away unexpectedly last week and since that time a go fund me account has raised close to 18-thousand dollars to help with funeral expenses and to offset costs as her parents take time off from work to heal with their other children and family members.

In a time a great tragedy it is hard to know how to help and many people are choosing to help lift the financial burden in any way they can.
