Sex Abuse Trial of Former Church Missionary Begins in Webster County

One year after the warrant was issued for his arrest… 

the trial of a former church missionary living in Fort Dodge accused of sex crimes against children has begun.

Jordan Dee Webb is charged with Sex Abuse in the 2nd Degree, Child Endangerment and another sex related charge.

According to court documents, a warrant for his arrest was issued April 26th, 2022  following an investigation by area law enforcement in regards to health concerns involving a juvenile

That call led to further investigation by the Webster County Sheriff’s and Webster County Attorney’s Offices; and the suspect was identified as Webb.

The first offense date for sex abuse in the 2nd degree is listed as March 22nd, 2022. The charges of incest and child endangerment are listed on the date the investigation reportedly began, April 8th, 2022

The trial is being prosecuted by the Webster County Attorney’s Office.

As with all cases, those charged are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
