Area Marching Bands Will Compete September 28th

The North Central Iowa March Band Clinic And Competition will be in Fort Dodge on Saturday Sept. 28th at Dodger Stadium. Ten area bands will compete including The Fort Dodge Senior High School Band. The morning and early afternoon session will consist of clinics for the bands put on by the judges for the event. The field show competition will begin at 4:50 PM. The Iowa Central Community College band performs at 7:15 PM and the Fort Dodge Senior High Marching Band will perform at 7:30 PM. The field show is open to the public and admission is 7$ per person, children under kindergarten age are free. The invitational will give the bands the chance to brush up on their performances before the Iowa State Marching Band Competition on October 12th.
