Fort Dodge Man Wanted By Webster City Police

Webster City Police are trying to locate a man who is wanted on multiple charges. 32 year old Fort Dodge resident Terrance Michael Foy is wanted on charges of domestic abuse assault (3rd or subsequent offense), 3rd degree criminal mischief, false imprisonment , obstruction of emergency communications and interference with  official acts. Police responded early Thursday morning to a call from a bail bondsman needing assistance in capturing Foy. When officer arrived at 1024 Bank St in Webster City they encountered a woman at the home screaming for help. The woman told officers she had been in a domestic disturbance with Foy and needed emergency assistance. The police description of Foy says he is an African-American man about 6 feet tall and weighs about 215 pounds, He’s considered dangerous.
