Police Statement On “School Shooter” Indeed Posting

The Fort Dodge Police Dept. has confirmed they were made aware over the weekend of an online posting that was seeking a school shooter. The posting appeared on Indeed.com the listed job in the post was titled school shooter and the location was here in Fort Dodge. The police dept. has been working in cooperation with Indeed to have the listing taken down and it has now been removed from the site. Sgt. Hansen from the Fort Dodge Police Dept. said that they were looking into the origination and credibility of the post. The matter is still being investigated and as of the time of this report there were no further details.
